Transfer Application Steps
To apply for admission as a transfer student at Mizzou, follow these steps. Have questions? Select “I am a transfer student” on our rep finder page to get connected with a transfer coordinator.
After reviewing our transfer admission requirements, complete our online application and pay the application fee. Mizzou has a rolling admissions process, which means you can receive a decision as early as two weeks after you’ve submitted all your application materials.
Our transfer course equivalency site helps you see which of your credits will transfer to Mizzou. Course equivalencies are available for most colleges and universities in Missouri and select out-of-state institutions.
If your current school is not listed in our equivalencies site, Transferology can give you an idea of how your courses will apply toward a degree at Mizzou.

After you complete your application, have your college transcripts sent to us from all colleges attended including any you may have attended while still in high school.
If you have completed less than 24 college-level credits at the time of your application, have your official high school transcript sent to us. If you selected a test score review also have your official ACT or SAT scores sent.
Your application will be evaluated once all required materials are received. Your Application Status Page will have more information on your specific required materials.
When to Apply
