If you are an incoming student, please log into the application cancellation form using your Mizzou Admissions Application account information.

If you are a currently enrolled Mizzou student and wish to withdraw from the University, complete the term withdrawal form available on the Registrar’s website and obtain signatures from your dean’s office.
