Trial Admission

If you are graduating this year from a Missouri high school and you have applied for admission but been denied, you may be eligible for Mizzou’s Trial Admission Program.

Students who do not meet the criteria for regular freshman admission can take six college credit hours at a regionally accredited Missouri College or University (other than Mizzou), including an English composition course and a transferable algebra course, during the summer session directly after high school graduation. Students who earn grades of C or better in both courses can enroll on academic probation for the fall semester. Courses taken as dual credit while in high school may not be used to meet this requirement.

If you think you might be eligible for Mizzou’s Trial Admission Program, you must first apply for admission. Please contact us with questions or concerns.
