We think you’re going to like it here.
Social development is a big part of college. Mizzou provides you with extraordinary opportunities to evolve, explore and meet the people who will become your closest friends. This is a defining moment in your life. Here, you will become the best version of you.
Where You’ll Live
Living on campus at Mizzou is an awesome experience.
Our residence halls and apartments are more than just places to live. Many are based on shared academic interests and career paths. Whether you’re looking for something modern or traditional, single-gender or co-ed, in a large building or in a small one, we’ve got exactly what you need. Plus, you’re never far from getting something great to eat at our dining locations.
What You’ll Do
How can a big world-class university feel so small-town friendly?
Our students run more than 600 organizations for nearly every imaginable interest: the arts, politics, sports, culture, community service — you name it. Or, start your own club.
Tigers can’t get enough of the Student Recreation Complex’s climbing wall, fitness equipment and aquatic center. We have long-held traditions for every occasion, from the big game to the big test. And downtown is just steps away; it’s hard to tell where campus ends and Columbia begins.
Tigers You’ll Meet
Many Tigers. Different stripes.
At Mizzou, you’ll find students from all 50 states and more than 100 countries. You’ll meet people with different backgrounds and perspectives, which is great because college is about expanding your horizons. Our culture is about welcoming everyone. You’ll meet the people who encourage you to be you. Who welcome your quirks. And who don’t just accept but celebrate the individuality of all Tiger stripes.
Mizzou’s student services help make sure all Tigers are safe, happy and healthy.
