Why did you come to Mizzou?
Mizzou was a perfect fit for me right from the start. It had all the characteristics I was looking for in a college: a beautiful campus, unique traditions, great educational opportunities and it is located in an ideal college town. I felt that Mizzou would be the best place to call home for four years.
When I attended Mizzou, my favorite class was / I was involved in:
I loved almost all of my communication and theater courses. One of my absolute favorites was Television Program Analysis and Criticism. We got to watch different TV shows in class and had interesting discussions about contemporary issues addressed in the media.
I was involved in a number of activities that kept me busy but really shaped my MU experience. I was a member of a student recruitment team where I served as an ambassador for Mizzou, talking to prospective students and their parents. I was in a social sorority and served on a steering committee for a philanthropic organization.
What compelled you to stay and work at Mizzou after graduation?
I wasn't ready to leave. Mizzou has been so good to me and I wanted to stay in Columbia longer. I am really living a dream right now as an admissions representative. I absolutely love this University and am privileged to have the opportunity to share with others how Mizzou has something for everyone. Plus, I love Mizzou athletics and I didn’t want to miss cheering on the Tigers! |
