Why did you come to Mizzou?
I had been here several times with my parents and loved the school spirit and the campus. My parents came here; I knew they both had great experiences and that I would too!

When I attended Mizzou, my favorite class was / I was involved in:
I loved my honors British women’s literature class with Dr. Julie Melnyk. It was a fun class full of great discussions and I got to read some books I probably wouldn’t have had a chance to read on my own.

I was involved in Mizzou Track and Field, Greek Life and some volunteer work. I definitely learned some great time management skills and loved every minute!

What question are you asked most often?
How was the adjustment from a small school to a big college?

Answer: Easy. I got involved in some great activities the moment I stepped on campus. It made the campus seem smaller and more personal. Mizzou is big enough for big opportunities but small enough that even a person from a small town can call it home.

What compelled you to stay and work at Mizzou after graduation?
I actually left Mizzou for a year to be a sales rep for a large company. I missed the community, and when I found out this job was open, I jumped at the chance to come back. What could be better than spending your days telling students about something you love?
