Midwest student exchange

Mizzou no longer participates in the Midwest Student Exchange Program. If you enrolled in the MSEP as a full-time student prior to the Fall 2014 semester, you are grandfathered into the program so long as you remain continuously enrolled in a participating degree program. If you change your major to a non-participating degree program, you will be taken off the MSEP and will not be eligible to re-enroll.

You must be off the MSEP for 12 months before you are eligible to apply for Missouri resident status. Visit the residency section to learn more about the requirements for establishing Missouri residency

If you are a dual major, you will be required to declare a primary and secondary major. Only the primary major will be considered for eligibility in the MSEP.
