A McNair Scholar, Smith made the most of his years at Mizzou. A religious studies major, he volunteered at the Regional AIDS Interfaith Network and became a Chapman Scholar. His Rhodes Scholarship took him to Oxford; he’s now studying at Mizzou's School of Law.
